Payments

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (Mastercard, Amex, Visa, Discover) and Debit Cards with a Visa/MasterCard logo.

PayPal e-check orders will not ship until your e-check has cleared.  It generally takes 3-7 business days to clear.  Merchandise is not held for e-check orders.  If an item(s) in your order sells out before your e-check clears, that item(s) will be cancelled and refunded.

PayPal accounts MUST be verified PayPal accounts or your order will not ship.

Shipping

We ship all product via the best shipping method based on the items & weight of your order.

We charge shipping based on weight: up to 1lb the charge is $5.95 and then $1 added for each additional lb.

We do offer Free Shipping on any order over $300.00 regardless of the weight.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and generally take 7-10 business days to receive.

Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for the tracking number.

If it's been 3 business days and you still don't have a tracking number, please contact us asap.

Guarantee

We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on our website. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or credit your account. Certain items may have an additional warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Need to return an item? Please contact us asap to receive an RA Number. We will provide an RA Number and the address to which the merchandise should be returned.

Please then write the RA Number on the outside of the box so we can trace it back to your order. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will credit your account and notify you by email.

Remember to contact us first in the case of broken or defective items. Read below for the policies on different types of returns.

If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. We may require the item to be returned, or a photo of the damage, or we may send prepaid return shipping labels.

A quick note about only slightly damaged items: A chipped ceramic or porcelain item can be made to look like new by cementing the piece back. We have determined that 80% of damaged returns can be restored and sold as new or as slight seconds with minor work! If you do keep a damaged item and fix it, please let us know and we may issue a partial credit. (Photo will be required)

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on imprinted items.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

Please contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise.

If you refuse delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, a 25% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded, plus the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit you receive.
